Sheriff Construction is rapidly growing its business.
As well as taking on commercial bricklaying and flat-roofing contracts with many of our region’s leading building contractors, we’ve also begun to oversee several of our own property developments and have lots of exciting projects in the pipeline.
With all of this going on, we now need a super talented individual to help us streamline our administrative processes and assist with several key areas of work. Alongside general office administration, this will include assisting the MD and QS with the company’s ongoing projects, client relations and document control.
We’re a small office team so the person who joins us must be prepared to wear multiple hats and pitch in with a wide range of day-to-day duties. Ideally, we would like someone with experience of administration within a building environment who can demonstrate knowledge of the procedures and documentation required for quantity surveying and project management.
Must be educated to A Level or equivalent, have excellent written and oral communication skills, be well organised and proficient with Microsoft applications.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent (part-time considered)
Salary: £20 – £25k (subject to experience)
