Commission:

What was formerly the site of a Territorial Army Centre in Holloway is being transformed into a new residential community providing 118 units (one, two and three-bedroom apartments). Spread across buildings that range from three to six storeys in height, the development also includes accessible car parking, cycle parking and landscaping.

Supporting Fairview with this work, Sheriff Construction managed the waterproofing across all blocks. To fulfil this, our roofing team applied the Mansafe design and install by Universal Safety Systems. The installation included IKO’s PermaTEC Hot Melt waterproofing system on the main roof areas and terraces; shingle finishes to the main roof areas; and standard housing slabs on balconies and terraces.
