Located on the popular Kingston Road, this three acre site (formerly occupied by a Homebase and public house) is being redeveloped into a residential community featuring over 250 new apartments and a private residents’ courtyard. Unit sizes include studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments plus two and three-bedroom duplexes.

Sheriff Construction supported Fairview at this site by managing the waterproofing and associated works. Applying the Mansafe design and install by Universal Safety Systems, our team installed IKO’s PermaTEC Hot Melt waterproofing system on the main roof areas and terraces; green roofing and shingle finishes to the main roof area (supplied by Eco Green Roofing); IKO PermaTEC Hot Melt waterproofing system to the podium area and a blue roof system (supplied by ABG); and standard housing slabs on balconies and terraces.
