At this 1.195 hectare site in Watford, formerly an Arriva bus depot, Fairview is planning to build 127 flats over five buildings (the highest being five storeys).

Located off St Albans Road in the suburb of Garston, just over two miles north of Watford town centre and with good access to road and train networks, this brownfield site is perfect for development.

Supporting Fairview with this project, Sheriff has applied the Mansafe design and install by Universal Safety Systems. Our team are installing IKO Permatec waterproofing on the main roof and terraces (inverted roof system) across the apartment blocks; an EGR green roof system to main roof areas; and non-combustible aluminium decking to terrace areas.
