Working on our own property developments is the newest arm of our company’s portfolio where our focus is primarily on the development of underused brownfield sites in Luton and the Home Counties.
Having first tested the water back in 2016 (with the conversion of a former public house into eight flats), Sheriff has since expanded the scope of this work to include several exciting projects. This includes completing a small housing regeneration scheme (upgrading and adding units to an existing residential block) and a larger public house conversion/re-build to create a complex of modern apartments and sought-after commercial space in Luton. Some of this work was managed through a sister company, Limon Homes.
With ambitions to grow this side of the business, we have supported the development of a new company, Crestview Homes, and have acquired a number of further sites to expand its property portfolio. We welcome enquiries from genuine potential development partners.
