In an area of West London that was named one of the best places to buy in 2022 by the Evening Standard, this was an exciting development of 331 new homes (a range of studios and one, two, and three-bedroom apartments).

At this site, Sheriff Construction managed the waterproofing and associated works, applying the Mansafe design and install by Universal Safety Systems. Our team installed IKO’s PermaTEC Hot Melt waterproofing system on the main roof areas and terraces; green roofing and shingle finishes to the main roof area (supplied by Eco Green Roofing); IKO PermaTEC Hot Melt waterproofing system to the podium area and a blue roof system (supplied by ABG); and standard housing slabs on balconies and terraces.
