Part of the redevelopment of Yiewsley in the London Borough of Hillingdon, the Otterfield Road site is creating 45 new apartments along with a library for the local community.
Covering 1050 square metres of roofing/ waterproofing, our team have been installing a range of systems, including SIKASHIELD RBM System, Ryno Standard concrete paving Slabs, Eco Green roofing and Fatra UK Liquid Applied waterproofing.
The project also includes abstract parapets, an architectural feature that provides a protective barrier along the edge of the roof (ensuring safety and privacy) while also enhancing the visual appeal of the structure.
Collectively this package is delivering a high-quality, durable roofing system that ensures long-term weather protection and reliable performance for the building.
