Commission:

Helping to revitalise the Brook Street area of Luton, Sheriff upgraded the Downton Court block by building eight new flats and undertaking a programme of regeneration works around the exterior of the building. Brickwork, roofing and internal works were included in this package.

Featuring two ground-floor flats (garage conversions) and a new upper level with six brand new apartments, this project added some much needed housing stock to central Luton.
