In a thriving and popular area of Basildon, NU Living (now known as Sanctuary) created the pioneering Beechwood development. With 251 new homes in total, the development offers a variety of three and four-bedroom houses, plus landscaping that provides each property with two car parking spaces and private gardens.
Built to the highest quality standards, Sheriff’s brickwork team fulfilled a brickwork package across 61 houses. This site followed a unique hybrid construction approach – part traditional build and part module. This was our first experience of working in this way and the works were completed in 2024.
