Fairview’s Victoria Quarter scheme in New Barnet is regenerating a former gas works site into a highly desirable area, featuring hundreds of new homes and significant commercial space.
Working across eleven buildings (ranging from four to eight storeys), Sheriff Brickwork supplied all labour and materials for the brickwork (with exceptions) for Phase 1 of the works and then secured a Phase 2 package, fulfilling 22,500m2 of brickwork (residential units and office space).
As well as providing 420 new homes, Victoria Quarter includes a new public realm with communal landscaped amenity areas, new pedestrian routes, 295 car parking spaces (including car club and accessible provision), secure cycle parking and servicing.
