This 21-acre Brentwood site (formerly Ford’s HQ and adjoining parkland) is being redeveloped by Fairview to provide quality new residential units plus commercial space, driving the regeneration of the wider area.
Spread over two build phases, 133 units are being developed – a mixture of private and housing association apartments (4-5 storeys in height) and houses plus off-street parking.
Sheriff is undertaking roofing works across the northern (phase 1) site, applying the Mansafe design and install by Universal Safety Systems. The team are installing IKO Permatec waterproofing on the main roof and terraces of each apartment block (inverted roof system); a green roof system to the main roof areas; IKO Polymeric single ply membrane to the houses (warm roof system); and the ABG blue roof system to the podium areas.
