In an area which sits close to Highams Park and lake but also right on the doorstep of Waltham Forest, Sheriff Construction was commissioned for a roofing contract across this residential-led development (a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments).
Our roofing team took on a wide-range of works, including hot melt to roofs and terraces, cold liquid system to balconies, green roof construction, weathering, insulated upstands, torch on copings, Permascreed (including all lifting operations) and lead flashing works.
