Commission:
After purchasing another brownfield site in Luton, our sister company, Limon Homes, began working on this new build development of 15 two-bedroom apartments in February 2023.
With the project completed in October of the same year, we managed all external and internal works, ensuring all of the apartments benefit from energy-saving features such as top-notch insulation, modern appliances and under-floor heating. A video intercom system installed across the building adds an extra element of security. All of the new apartments at what has now been named ‘Dibra Place’ were made available on the local rental market.
