Commission:

As part of the regeneration of Park Royal, Sheriff Construction was contracted to manage the flat-roofing for a total of 138 residential units with a combined value of more than £20m.

The mixed tenure scheme included one, two and three-bedroom apartments and the roofing contract largely involved the installation of brown and green roofing plus resin bonding landscaping. The project was built to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes ‘Level 4’.
