Regenerating a former gas works site in New Barnet, Fairview’s Victoria Quarter scheme is bringing 420 new homes plus significant commercial space to the region.
Sheriff Brickworks has already supplied all labour and materials for the masonry package (with exceptions) for Phase 1 of this development, working across eleven buildings (ranging from four to eight storeys). The result is a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom duplexes.
Our high-quality workmanship has now secured Victoria Quarter Phase 2 which will see our team fulfil 22,500m2 of brickwork (residential units and office space). That makes this our biggest brickwork package to date, valued just short of £7million!
As well as providing a desirable place for people to live and work, Victoria Quarter includes a new public realm with communal landscaped amenity areas, new pedestrian routes, 295 car parking spaces (including car club and accessible provision), secure cycle parking and servicing.
