Working on our own property developments is the newest arm of our company’s portfolio where our focus is primarily on the development of underused brownfield sites in Luton and the Home Counties.
Having first tested the water back in 2016 (with the conversion of a former public house into eight flats), Sheriff has since expanded the scope of this work to include several exciting projects. This includes completing a small housing regeneration scheme (upgrading and adding units to an existing residential block) and a larger public house conversion/re-build to create a complex of modern apartments and sought-after commercial space in Luton.
With ambitions to grow our property development portfolio, we have acquired a number of further sites and welcome enquiries from genuine potential partners.
Some of our development work is managed by our sister company, Limon Homes Ltd which is a registered member of the Consumer Code for New Homes.
