Sheriff Construction is delighted to announce the launch of Tavern Court, an exclusive development of high-end luxury apartments situated within the popular Round Green area of Luton.
Having secured the site (formerly the Round Green Tavern) back in October 2018, Sheriff’s team have spent months planning, designing and building this conversion development which now consists of modern one and two-bedroom apartments plus commercial space at ground level.
Here are just a few comments we’ve received from local residents recently:
“The new building looks fantastic. This development is a model of how brownfield sites in Luton should be utilised.”
“A huge improvement on a derelict, run down and disused public house.”
“A superb looking block of apartments and much needed retail space. It has improved the whole area and will attract quality residents and help all of the local businesses within the area.”
“This development and type should be replicated across Luton.”
Aside from a few alterations (to be made at the development this Autumn), most of the work will come to an end this week, meaning the apartments are now ready to be launched onto Luton’s rental market.
As well as ensuring the high quality of all external works, internally, all of the apartments have been finished to a supreme specification. Flooded with natural light and offering large floor spaces throughout, standard features include sleek bathroom designs, beautifully integrated kitchens (complete with energy efficient appliances), triple-glazed windows and underfloor heating. Some apartments also offer en-suite shower rooms, skylights and/or external roof gardens (providing some fantastic views across the town). Ample parking is available at the rear of the block.
Speaking just ahead of the launch of Tavern Court, Sheriff Construction MD, Ekrem Mahmutaj, said:
“Our company works with many of the leading contractors in our region on large-scale residential and commercial sites but this project is among the first of its size that we’ve taken completely from page to build. From the start, our goal has been to create living spaces that go beyond the bulk standard options you often see with new-builds or conversions and to do everything possible to ensure the development offers a sustainable living environment for those who take up residency. Our building, back office and subcontracted teams have worked so hard to achieve this and we’re very proud of the end result.”
Local estate agent, Penrose, is all set to move into the ground floor space and is acting as our agent in bringing the properties to market. Prices start from £850pcm for one-bedroom apartments and £1000pcm for two-bedroom apartments.
There will be an Open Day this Saturday (31st August) between 11am and 1pm.
Given their quality and the sought-after location, Penrose are not expecting any of the apartments to be on the market for very long so anyone who is interested should register quickly on 01582 280818
