Sheriff Construction is proud to support Higgins Partnerships in delivering 134 high-quality new homes in Fulham. This exciting project is being built to rigorous Passivhaus Classic Standards, meaning the design has a strong focus on energy-efficiency as well as genuine community engagement, affordability and residents’ health/ wellbeing.

Sheriff Construction has been integral in the design and installation of cutting-edge roofing systems for the development. Working closely with project designers, Sheriff is implementing several design changes to optimise the performance of the roofs. This includes installing a waterproofing system which includes both blue and green roof finishes to meet the targeted U Value of 0.11.
