Sheriff Construction is supporting The Hill Group with the delivery of a comprehensive roofing and waterproofing package valued at just over £880k. Our works include the installation of Axter Hot Melt waterproofing systems with an inverted green roof build-up, covering 3,561.5m² of roof areas and 1,753m² of podium decks. Once complete, the roofing package will contribute to the long-term durability, sustainability and environmental performance of this landmark Oxford development.
Works commenced in April 2026 and are expected to complete in Spring 2027.
