Linden Grove is a new development delivered by Bugler in partnership with Southwark Council, providing 27 high‑quality homes for affordable rent.
The scheme comprises 20 apartments arranged across a cluster of four‑storey buildings, alongside seven terraced houses set around the Limes Walk courtyard. The design incorporates metal balconies, generous glazing, a new garden room and a communal roof terrace equipped with solar panels, creating a modern, sustainable residential environment.
Our roofing team worked with Bugler to deliver a 939m² roofing package incorporating the Sika Reinforced Bitumen Waterproofing, warm roof build-up using a tapered insulation scheme and biodiverse green roof finishes. Installing a CupaClad Slate cladding system, Sika tapered schemes and two pitched roofs using tiles made the project particularly interesting for our team.
Valued at just under £500k, works began in July 2025 and were completed in March 2026.
