Commission:
Sheriff Brickworks is supporting Hill with the creation of an entire new community district in Oxford, combining much-needed affordable homes (210 apartments across two sites) with commercial units and purpose-built high-quality public spaces.
Our team are managing a £1.1m brickwork package covering 6,750m2 at this development and, alongside other trades on site, is utilising local apprentices in the programme. With work well underway, Sheriff will also be helping with the building of a brand-new community centre, once the final design stage is completed.
