In the heart of a major East London regeneration zone, Inland Homes (in association with Clarion Housing Association) is developing this four-acre brownfield development site into a vibrant new residential and commercial district. A three-year development phase will result in 325 residential units across a number of five to ten-storey apartment blocks, together with 1,514 sq. m of commercial space, 178 car parking spaces and associated amenity areas.
Supporting this project, Sheriff’s brickwork division is currently contracted to execute all block and brick works across 2 concrete buildings.
This is the first project that sheriff has taking on board with the A1 fire regulation (over 18m) applied to all the materials (i.e. insulation and all fire breakers with high fire ratio, metal cavity trays and weep holes).
