Commission:

Regeneration of the former Erith Baths site in Kent created 61 new residential units within the area – a combination of one, two and three-bedroom flats plus 11 three-bedroom houses.

Supporting London & Quadrant with this development, Sheriff undertook a roofing package which included waterproofing, brown roofing and insulation across all levels. A combination of IKO PermaTec, Jablite insulation and Eco Green roofing was used in this project.

Prior to this, Sheriff completed a brickwork package at this site.
