Commission:
Garden Avenue was the site of the first new council homes to be built in the borough of Welwyn Hatfield for 25 years. Previously disused land at Gardenia Avenue was transformed into 22 new one and two-bedroom flats (all made available by the council on an affordable rent tenure).
After working on the brickwork for the development, Sheriff was contracted to install the single ply roofing package.
