Commission:

By fulfilling a brickwork package at this site, Sheriff Construction supported Mears New Homes to construct the first new council homes built in the borough of Welwyn Hatfield for 25 years.

At the site, previously disused land was transformed into 22 new one and two bedroom flats (all made available by the council on an affordable rent tenure).

Following on from this brickwork package, Sheriff was contracted for flat-roofing.
