Across the development, a range of different roofing solutions were used, including IKO PermaTec waterproofing and a hot melt system. This system offers extremely high performance in terms of waterproofing and durability while also being cost-effective and environmentally responsible (being the first roofing solution to offer zero wrapper waste).
Other areas of the development were covered using Fatra single ply, torch and felt systems, Tuffstuff fibreglass, Skygarden brown and eco green roofing plus others.
As well as installing roofing on the apartments and houses, Sheriff carried out works at the nursery/ pre-school, cafe, marketing area, playground, walkways, parking areas and an electrical substation. Additionally, Sheriff was asked to support the conservation of the former Grade II listed tote building and dog kennels which now houses a new shopping area and gym.
Completing works in August 2017, Sheriff is proud of its contribution to this project and congratulates its team on all their achievements.
