Our roofing team is working with Bugler on the Paradise Fields development, which will provide 58 new apartments (a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes), communal parking, and landscaped garden areas. Comprising three blocks, the apartments are designed as affordable rental options for Dacorum Borough Council. Throughout the construction process, measures have been implemented to protect the local flora and fauna surrounding the site.
Sheriff Construction’s expertise has been utilised in the waterproofing works, using Sika’s warm roof system, our first major project using this manufacturer. This system includes a tapered design.
