Commission:

This new development of 118 affordable homes is being built by Bugler for Metropolitan Thames Valley on the former Southall College site on Beaconsfield Road. Just 200 meters from Southall Rail Station, the project consists of three 7-storey blocks. A mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments will be available to rent at London Affordable Rent or London Living Rent levels, with ten homes also being wheelchair accessible.

Our roofing team have installed a warm roof system with tapered insulation design (cut to falls) supplied by Axter and cold applied liquid.
