At the Leyes Road development, Sheriff Construction is supporting Bugler on the delivery of 116 high-quality, affordable homes – including much-needed three- and four-bedroom family-sized units.
This Passivhaus-standard development is prioritising the use of high-quality materials and carbon-neutrality, both of which our roofing team is helping Bugler to achieve by installing Sika’s Hot Melt roofing/ waterproofing system (overing 2000 m2 across four buildings).
Valued at just over £500k, our roofing package at Leyes Road began with the delivery of a full Quality Management Plan covering team accreditations and testing protocols; certification for all materials and systems; defect prevention processes; and O&M handover.
The result? A fully traceable, certified system with no reported defects, full electronic testing data and a long-term warranty – giving the client peace of mind and residents lasting comfort.
