Eastwick Row is a new seven‑storey affordable housing development delivering 34 one‑ and two‑bed apartments for Dacorum Borough Council. The scheme forms part of the council’s long‑term programme to increase high‑quality, energy‑efficient affordable housing, addressing local need and regenerating older estates.
Located in Adeyfield, a well‑established residential neighbourhood close to Hemel Hempstead town centre, the development includes wheelchair‑accessible homes alongside improved parking, lighting, and landscaped community spaces.
Supporting Bugler with the final construction phase in 2025, Sheriff Construction installed a SikaShield warm roofing system covering 400m². Whilst a relatively small project, valued at £102k, the works involved careful coordination to ensure efficient delivery alongside the wider construction programme.
Works commenced in January 2025 and, aside from some additional work on the balconies, completed in February 2026.
