Located on the former derelict bus depot site, this development forms part of the first phase of this strategy, delivering 169 high‑quality, sustainable new homes in the heart of Bracknell – with 48% provided as affordable rent and shared ownership.
In addition to its proximity to established retail and leisure amenities, the scheme introduces new commercial space and significant public‑realm improvements, including enhanced landscaping, new trees and upgraded pedestrian and cycle routes.
Covering 1940m², Sheriff Construction is installing the IKO PermaTec LI – Inverted Roof System, which uses 40% less embodied carbon. Valued at just over £400k, works commenced in March 2026 and are expected to conclude in September.
