Situated within another of London’s upcoming hotspots, this development consists of 11 apartment blocks (providing one, two and three bedroom flats for both private use and housing association residents) plus a new nursery building.
Working across the project, Sheriff’s roofing team carried out all waterproofing works and roof finishes (using hot melt, single ply and liquid systems). This site was also the first where we installed IKO Permascreed (a mastic asphalt fast screed and levelling solution that’s ideal for providing drainage falls as well as a stable base for the specified roof waterproofing system).
