In what’s been described as having a ‘village-like’ feel but also being close enough to enjoy the buzz of central London, this private gated development creating 51 new properties (a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses plus one and two-bedroom apartments).
Supporting Fairview with this work, Sheriff Construction managed the waterproofing and associated works across all blocks. Applying the Mansafe design and install by Universal Safety Systems, our team installed IKO’s PermaTEC Hot Melt waterproofing system on the main roof areas and terraces; shingle finishes to the main roof areas; IKO Polymeric single ply waterproofing system for the houses; and standard housing slabs on balconies and terraces.
