Sheriff Construction supported The Hill Group to deliver a scheme that will provide accommodation for a minimum of 340 key workers at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
Replacing existing accommodation at Ivy Lane, the scheme comprises of 68 apartments and 57 cluster units, each shared unit having either four or five bedrooms and a communal kitchen. Set across seven apartment buildings (3 – 5 storeys high), there is also management offices, a meeting area, bike and car parking, and landscaped communal green open space for residents to enjoy.
In Sheriff’s first commission for The Hill Group, our roofing team installed a Sika single ply roofing system as per the client’s preference for this project. The system was installed to a high standard, reflecting strong attention to detail and quality throughout.
