Commission:
As part of a huge regeneration programme in West London, Sheriff supported Fairview New Homes with roofing works on three apartment blocks which included 807 flats (designed for a mix of private and housing association residents) plus a nursery, co-op store and other commercial space.
We undertook all waterproofing works using IKO systems, including all finishes (including on one block that reached 27 storeys in height). The project was completed in June 2022.
