Commission:

Gallions View in Woolwich is a 5-acre regeneration site featuring 340 new homes, including one, two and three-bedroom apartments plus a small selection of three-bedroom houses.

Sheriff Construction worked with Fairview to install a comprehensive roofing and waterproofing works, including IKO Permascreed, IKO PermaTec (Hot melt waterproofing) and biodiverse roofing finishes. This job is expected to finish early 2025.
