Commission:

Regeneration of the former Erith Baths site in Kent created 61 new residential units within the area – a combination of one, two and three-bedroom flats plus 11 three-bedroom houses.

Supporting London & Quadrant with this development, Sheriff undertook brick and block work across the site and went on to fulfil a roofing contract too.
