Commission:
Regenerating a former gas works site in New Barnet, the Victoria Quarter scheme will deliver 420 new homes and 347 square meters of commercial space across eleven buildings ranging from four to eight storeys.
Sheriff Construction worked with Fairview to install a comprehensive roofing and waterproofing package at this development which offers a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom duplexes. Works include installing IKO Permascreed, IKO PermaTec (Hot melt waterproofing) and biodiverse roofing finishes. On the terraces we used IKO cold applied liquid waterproofing, finishing with RYNO non-combustible decking.
